Rep. Cole Claims ‘Time Bomb’ -For Senator Moye, UP Officials

Bong County Electoral District #3 Representative, Josiah Melvin Cole, said his silence in the body politics of the county is a time bomb for Senator Prince Kermue Moye and other elected officials of the Unity Party in Bong County. The former ruling Coalition For Democratic Change (CDC) lone Representative in Bong County said members of the Unity Party, who campaigned against his government of bad governance are in serious missteps in the county. He alleged that Senator Moye and his followers are using their positions to allegedly steal from less fortunate businessmen and women in the county who cannot afford their daily meals. Representative Cole disclosed that members of the Unity Party lied to the Liberian people of bringing change and a new day but said, Senator Moye who served as National Campaign Chair of the ruling Unity Party has failed the people of Bong. The District Three lawmaker emphasized that doing this hard time under President Joseph N. Boakai, who promised to reduce the price of rice, has reportedly failed to do so, as citizens continue to buy a bag of 25K rice for approximately four thousand Liberian Dollars. The Bong County lawmaker has promised to stand with the struggling marketers at the Gbarnga Central market to fight senator prince Moye and his followers as a way of preventing them not to collect money from struggling citizens in the name of giving them table spot at the newly dedicated Sirleaf Market in gbarnga Bong County. He alleged that, senator Moye and the mayor of Gbarnga are in the constant habit of interfering in the operations of the Gbarnga Marketing Association. In another development, Representative Cole also frown at his colleague Representative James M. Kolleh of district two Bong County for his poor performances at the National Legislature and District #2 Bong County by extension. He said, it was a misfortune on the part of the people of District # 2 to elect a man whom he said is incompetent to represent them at the Legislature.
