Judge Ben Barco of the Monrovia City Court has released Nayapougma Oldpa Yeazeahn AKA Prophet Key on personal recognizance, n the case involving him and Liberia Cultural Ambassador Juli Endee.  Judge Barco re-scheduled the trial for Monday, February, 19, 2024. However, Prophet Key lawyer, Atty, Senwar Fallah, prayed for continuance on grounds that the February 15, 2024 sitting was the first official sitting of the case.  Prophet Key lawyer further pleaded to grant his client personal recognizance consistent with chapter 13, section 13.5 of the Criminal Procedure Law. In resistance, the Prosecution prayed court that Prophet Key plea to the writ of arrest issued by the Monrovia City Court and served on the Defendant. Prosecution further prayed that the court issue a ne exeat republic on grounds that Prophet Key is flight risk and lives in Morocco. The court in its ruling on the motion for continuance and the resistance thereto, granted the submission of Prophet Key lawyer and denied the resistance of the Prosecution, thereby granting the defendant bail (13.5) to return on Monday with a valid insurance bond. The Prosecution was represented by Cllr. Swahilo Sesay, Acting County Attorney for Montserrado, Atty. Young and Cllr. Joseph Sammy while Prophet Key was represented by Atty Senwar Fallah and others to be joined later during the trial. It can be re-called that Prophet Key accused Liberia Cultural Ambassador Juli Endee of sleeping with ex- Presidents and Unity Party Secretary General. Accordingly, Prophet Key informed the public through his online platform that Cultural Ambassador Endee is a prostitute and had slept with former Presidents Charles Taylor and George M. Weah to solicit job. He alleged that Madam Endee wants to bring the same speed in President Joseph N. Boakai Administration to sustain the Cultural Ambassador job but noted that it will not work while he is supporting President Boakai agenda. Prophet Key revealed that Madam Endee is currently sleeping with the Unity Party Secretary General, Amos Tweh to maintain her position as Cultural Ambassador of Liberia. However, Madam Endee sued Prophet Key for Criminal Coercion, Menacing and Disorderly Conduct. Liberia Cultural Ambassador Endee, informed the court that Prophet Key threatened her on his social media talk-show that he will ensure that she never has the opportunity to work in any other government in her time in Liberia thereby placing her in fear. She further said Prophet Key is doing this with the intent and purpose to bring her to public ridicule and shame. Madam Endee in her compliant to the court, stated that the act of Prophet Key is criminal, illegal and unconstitutional. Cultural Ambassador Endee appeared before the Monrovia City Court on February 5, 2024, and complained against Prophet Key. She further said in December, 2023, Prophet Key, in his video podcast on social media willfully, intentionally and purposefully informed the public about such a thing concerning her character. Madam Endee wants the court to adjudge Prophet Key liable to her for damages in the amount not less than US$5,000,000.00 (Five Million United States Dollars) for general damages to be decided by the trial jury and US$300,000.00 in punitive damages and US$250,000.00 for successful attorney fees for the following factual and legal reasons.
