President Joseph N. Boakai has said that no matter the situation will be like, Liberia will be developed under his Presidency. The Liberian leader stated that his coming to the Presidency is to better the living conditions of every Liberians. “My wish for the Presidency of Liberia it is not just about I wanted to be President without seeking the interest of the citizens”, asserted President Boakai. The Liberian leader re-emphasized that, he mean-well for the country and the Liberian people. According to him, better the living conditions of every Liberians is very much paramount on his agenda. President Boakai made these statements on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 during well-attended meeting held with citizens of Lofa, Bomi, Nimba and Grand Gedeh Counties respectively at the Ministerial Complex in Paynesville outside Monrovia. The meeting held at the Ministerial Complex was intended for those four counties that were created in 1964 to them to hold a celebration for those counties that were created in 1964. The Liberian leader further noted that the citizens of Liberia deserved better living condition. President Boakai informed the gathering that, he wants to see Liberians having access to good roads network, good health sector and good educational sector amongst others. The Liberian leader informed the citizens that, this is the time for them to hold together as one and put behind tribalism. He reminded the citizens that tribalism will not take them any were. President Boakai stated that unity is vital amongst people.
