Education advocate and humanitarian, Stephen Mulbah Kerkula, has described education as the strongest foundation for the future.
Kerkula has therefore, urged students, parents, teachers, and communities to unite in promoting learning as a pathway to national development.
He made the statement when he served as guest speaker at the graduation ceremony of G. Tolokpalah Public School in Voloblai Town, Electoral District #5.
Kerkula delivered an inspiring message centered on the power, purpose and importance of education.
He challenged students to understand the reason behind their educational journey, stressing that success begins with having a clear purpose, and a determined mindset.
Kerkula said, the true purpose of education is not only to earn certificates, but to prepare individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and solve problems within their locals.
He urged the students to remain focused and committed, “because every meaningful achievement comes with challenges.”
Kerkula recalled how the world today is driven by results, “therefore, individuals and communities must acquire knowledge and skills to create meaningful impact.”
