Ahead of the 2029 elections, Alexander Geeplay, a son of District #13 Montserrado County, has declared his intention to contest for the district seat.
Geeplay told journalists recently, he has openly declared his intention to contest the district seat to redeem the residents from the current leadership led by Representative Edward P. Flomo, who he accused of under representing the district.
Geeplay said in a statement that, in spite of declaring his intention, residents have petitioned him four times to contest for the district seat.
He said, since the petitioned, his team, G-4 Movement, has undertaken several projects in the district.
Geeplay has meanwhile, named some of the projects as the installation of solar lights an giving out loans.
He said, his G-4 Movement, has buttressed government’s efforts by providing scholarship to students in the district.
Alex Geeplay: “I am not coming to the political land scape of District #13 to enrich myself. Residents of District #13 deserved better leadership to move ahead with development agenda. I am going to be constructive in my political engagement.”
As an independent aspirant, has meanwhile, called on the residents across the district to rally round him so that they can together, democratically unseat Rep. Flomo.
