LNP Recruitment Goes Nationwide

The Liberia National Police (LNP) 2026 recruitment drive is now open to the general public.

Meanwhile, interested individuals, who meet the requirements, and qualifications outlined below have been invited to carefully read, and strictly follow all instructions provided.

The nationwide exercise includes: Application period that starts from September 18, to November 8, beginning at 9: a.m. to 4: p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Before an applicant is eligible, the release said, Liberian citizen only, but must be between 18, and 35 years; must have no criminal records, and not a member of any political party.

Other requirements will also include: Applicants must come along with a copy of high school certificate (WAEC/WASSCE certificate (required), or higher qualification; four passport-size photos; three letters of recommendation (one from

authority of high school, or university attended; community leader; religious leader; copy of a national identification card, birth certificate, passport, or voter’s ID card; a police clearance is required when applicable, and a recent medical report from a recognized hospital (before entry to academy).

Henceforth, police say, application forms will be available at the various county Police Headquarters to include the one at Montserrado Region (at the Liberia National Police Training Academy) from September 18–Oct. 1, and

Region 1 (Grand Bassa, Rivercess, and Margibi counties) from September 18–October 1; Regions 2 and 3 (Bomi, Gbarpolu, Cape Mount, Bong, Lofa and Nimba counties) from October 5-October 18; Regions 4 and 5 (Grand Gedeh, River Gee, Maryland, Grand Kru, and Sinoe counties) from October 26– November 8.
