Weah Aide Alarms Lawlessness Under Boakai

Sekou Kalasco Damaro, Special Aide to Ex-President George Manneh Weah, has alarmed about the increase of lawlessness under President Joseph N. Boakai- led administration.  The former Presidential Aide  added  said lawlessness is on the rise until the entire country is living in fear.

According to him, lawlessness is on the increase in the country to the extent that Speaker Richard Koon ordering tow truck to tow his fellow lawmaker car without respect.  He stated that no respect for the rule of law under the Boakai- led administration. Former Presidential Aide Kalasco re-emphasized that, respect for the rule of law has been put under the carpet by a government that claimed to be best. According to him, the government has failed to fight corruption to the extent that it is on the increase. The former Presidential Aide to Ex-President Weah made the statements on the OK FM afternoon show in Monrovia recently. Kalasco explained that all of the ugly things they said about former President Weah during their days in opposition, stating that the UP government headed by President Boakai is even doing the worst. 

The former Presidential Aide informed the public that the Boakai leadership does not mean well for the Liberian people. He alleged that police officers who are to protect lives and properties are killing innocent motorcyclists. Former President Aide Kalasco further said it is disappointing to see police officers running behind motorcyclists to take their bikes.  According to him, the government is not doing well for her citizens. Kalasco stated that Liberians are in complete hardship under this government headed by President Boakai. According to him, many Liberians on a daily basis go to bed without food under this Boakai leadership.  The former Presidential Aide added that the Rescue Mission headed by President Boakai has massively failed the Liberian people.  He re-emphasized that the Rescue Mission of President Boakai has no direction for the Liberian people.  According to him, since the government took over it is one year now, she can’t boost of any development, emphasizing that the country is at a critical junction under President Boakai.
