Taking Over Family Tradition Gets Pastor On The Run

A Pastor of the World Revival Temple Ministry located in Soul Clinic Community, Paynesville is said to be on the run for fear of being initiated into his family longstanding secret society. Accordingly, being named as the designated one, Pastor William Flomo happens to be an ordained man of God, and a well-respected leader in his Church.  According to him, prior to his death, his late grandfather Joe killie Flomo, 96 years of age, who happens to be a Chief Traditionalist and a Supreme Leader of the Zoes in Lofa County, selected him to be his successor.  He lamented that before his grandfather died, old-man Joe killie Flomo, a well know Zoe and Traditionalist, secretly named him as his heir, to become the head of the society group in the county. A traditionalist is a person who supports the established customs and beliefs of society, group or organization, and does not want to change his ideas and arguments, rather than modern ones, and inherits his ancestors’ experience, culture and is transmitted down to their offspring. Pastor Flomo, who was born unto the union of Mr. John Flomo and Madam Young Joe killie, said the naming ceremony took place recently in the Township of Zorzor District, Lofa County. “As a true Christian, this hold thing about joining a secret society is totally against my faith. And words have been passed down in the District that anywhere they see me, people should catch me and take my living body before the Chiefs, and I am really afraid for my safety,” he lamented. The World Revival Temple Pastor further disclosed that the ninety days observation period of capturing him as a person of interest to take on the task as a Grandson is long overdue, as he is currently on the run.  Accordingly, the Elder Council of the District wants to perform their ritual duties which cannot be done without his presence, as he has been designated to succeed his late grandfather, thus causing him to be in fear for his life.
