SSF Employees Claim 10 Months’ Unpaid Salaries

Employees of SSF Entrepreneur Incorporated staged a peaceful protest early Thursday morning, June 11, 2026, over allegations that they have not received salary payments for approximately ten months.

The demonstration began around 6: a.m. along the Gbolobo Road–Grand Kru Highway, where dozens of workers gathered and voiced their frustrations. They also demanded an immediate action from the company.

According to the protesting employees, the prolonged delay in salary payments has caused severe financial hardship for them and their families.

The workers said, they have exhausted numerous efforts to seek redress and were left with no option, but to publicly raise awareness about their situation.

“We have families to support and responsibilities to meet. Living without salaries for nearly ten months has been extremely difficult,” one protester said during the demonstration.

SSF Entrepreneur Inc. is currently responsible for the rehabilitation of the Maryland–Grand Kru road corridor, a major infrastructure project intended to enhance transportation, boost economic activities, and improve connectivity in the Southeast.

The workers have meanwhile, called on the management and relevant authorities to urgently intervene and ensure that all outstanding wages are paid.

As of the time of this report, officials of SSF Entrepreneur Inc. had not publicly responded to the allegations raised by the employees.

Despite the growing frustration among workers, the protest remained peaceful throughout the morning, with demonstrators continuing to press for a swift resolution to their concerns.

The situation remains under close observation as employees await a response from the company regarding their demands.
