Sekpeh To Welcome 15 Pieces Of Yellow Machines

Grand Kru County Development Officer Joe Sekpeh, has announced that the county is expected to receive 15 pieces of heavy equipment, commonly known as yellow machines, before the 179th Independence Day celebration on July 26, 2026.
Sekpeh described the arrival of the equipment as a significant milestone for the development agenda.
The machines are expected to support road rehabilitation and other infrastructure projects in Grand Kru.
He called on residents to join in welcoming the equipment.
“Let’s get ready to make Grand Kru yellow. The arrival of 15 pieces of yellow machines is expected before July 26, in Barclayville. Get your yellow T-shirts and join us in giving the equipment a warm welcome.”
Residents have welcomed the announcement, who believe the equipment will contribute to improve road connectivity and accelerate development initiatives throughout the county.
County authorities are expected to provide further details regarding the official arrival ceremony and deployment of the machines in the coming days.
