Authorities at the Ministry of Transport (MoT) have embarked on the construction of a nationwide hubs

Contractors, over the weekend, officially launched the projects in Lofa, Maryland, Bomi, and Nimba counties.

The mobilization, which followed a commitment between the Ministry, and the contracted construction firms was also held between the Ministry and partners.

By that, the two sides have moved to turn the regional transport infrastructure vision into reality.

On-site activity is to transform the designated plots into bustling hubs of economic development.

The contractors have dug the foundational trenches alongside active block-laying.

Works have meanwhile, commenced simultaneously in the four counties to ensure balanced regional growth.

Once completed, the hubs will streamline transit, improve safety, and boost local commerce.

With the completion deadline set for December, project supervisors report that their teams of engineers have started working to stay on schedule.

The Ministry assured the public that it remains steadfast in its oversight, ensuring that the contractors maintain top-tier construction standards while keeping pace with the tight timeline.
