The main opposition Unity Party (UP) spokesman Mo Ali has summersaulted on his wild claim made against ECOWAS Election Observers in Liberia claiming that they have received US$150,000.00 inducement from the Liberian government to influence the November 14 presidential runoff election. Mr. Ali made the claim in a Facebook post on the 10 of November in emphatic terms, an allegation that drew strong reaction from ECOWAS, which in a statement over the weekend categorically denied the UP official’s claim and demanded immediate retraction.
