Minister Miracle Kettor Dies

The Liberia Gospel Music Association (LAGMA) is mourning the loss of its President, Minister Miracle Kettor, following reports of her passing on Tuesday, July 21.

According to preliminary information, Min. Kettor reportedly died at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Monrovia.

However, the exact cause and circumstances surrounding her reported death, according to a release, have not yet been officially confirmed and details remain limited.

Her reported passing has sent shockwaves through the gospel music community, coming just a day after she attended the song service held in honor of the late gospel minister, Atina Barclay.

As President of LAGMA, Min. Kettor, was widely recognized for her commitment to promote gospel music and foster unity among gospel artists.

She was regarded by many as a passionate leader, who dedicated herself to strengthen the gospel music ministry.

Her remains have been deposited at St. Moses Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.

Members of the gospel music fraternity, church leaders, and admirers have begun expressing condolences, and paying tribute to her life and service.

They described her reported death as a significant loss to the Christian community.

LAGMA has yet to issue an official statement confirming her passing, or announcing funeral arrangements.
