The Movement with Integrity for National Development (MIND) has bestowed a certificate of honor on a young, promising, dedicated and hardworking Liberian in the public sector over decade for services rendered by Kiadii at different government entities MIND in a released said the recognition of Kiadii is in line with his commitment, dedication, trustworthiness, and sacrifices made to the people of Liberia as a public servant MIND Executive Director Sekou D. Sonii pointed to Kiadii contributions in helping the government of Liberia to succeed her developmental agenda by serving as a finance officer assigned with the local government in Cape Mount with outstanding performance beyond expectations, he also served as a compliance and monitoring officer (CMO) at the Public Procurement Concessions Commission ( PPCC) with good record for two years helping to promote the image of the institution, upon the establishment of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia ( NPHIL) in 2014 by an act of legislation during former president Sirleaf administration, Kiadii was appointed as Director of Procurement at the National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL) for his experience in procurement obtaining a Master Degree with proven record and dedication to service, as a result of his good leadership abilities, the board of directors of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia ( NPHIL) have appointed Kiadii as acting director general for administration upon the expiration of the tenure of Dr. Patrick Kpanyen MIND used this occasion to call on the board of directors of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL) to recommend this outstanding public servant in Kiadii to the president of Liberia His Excellency Joseph Nyumah Boakai for an appointment to the position as director general for administration proper Receiving the honor, Kiadii thanks the board of directors, executives, and members of the Movement With Integrity For National Development (MIND) for the foresightedness and preferment for the honor, saying I am surprised for the honor and let me dedicate it to my family, and staff at my office for the hard work and commitment to serving the people of Liberia at our institution, to serve as director of procurement require transparency, accountabilities, integrity, in the procurement process, but since my preferment as director of procurement, I have represent my characters and the image of NPHIL to protect and promote the developmental agenda of the government of Liberia MIND in a conclusion called on Kiadii to use the recognition as a sound of motivation in the discharge of his duty and responsibilities in serving the government of Liberia.
