Jallah also emphasized the need for he graduates to follow the principles as essential paths to personal success, and national development.

On examples of Mathematics and Finance, Mr. Jallah explained how the lasting success is achieved through consistent effort, rather than isolated accomplishments.

He emphasized the need for excellence as a daily practice, whose benefits accumulate over time. He also urged the graduates to embrace continuous learning, discipline, and self-improvement throughout their lives.

Jallah called on them to acquire digital, and technological skills, including knowledge of artificial intelligence, to remain competitive in an evolving global economy.

He admonished them to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, medicine, finance, taxation, procurement, and public leadership, “sectors where women remain underrepresented.”

He praised the academy for recording a 100 percent pass rate in the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), with all 20 candidates passing all nine subjects.

As part of LRA’s social corporate initiative, Mr. Jallah announced a US$5,000 contribution toward the school fund-raising campaign to procure computers, and improve its playground facilities.
