Former Senator Siakor has drawn a firm political line in Bong County, declaring that he will not support Senator Prince Kermue Moye while leaving open the question of whether he could align with former Representative Edward W. Karfiah.

Siakor made the statement during a recent interview while discussing his political position and possible alliances ahead of future electoral contests.

Asked directly about his support for Senator Moye, the former senator was unequivocal.

“I will not support Moye,” Siakor said, making clear that he does not intend to rally his political supporters behind the senator.

The declaration could have wider political implications in Bong County, where influential political figures and their alliances often shape electoral campaigns and determine the strength of competing political camps.

However, Siakor was less definitive when asked whether he would support former Representative Edward W. Karfiah.

The former senator said he had previously attempted to work with Karfiah but that the political relationship did not succeed.

According to him, Karfiah’s strong political alliance with former Senator Henry Willie Yallah was among the factors that made cooperation difficult.

He did not provide further details about the disagreement or explain whether those previous political differences remain unresolved.

Siakor’s comments suggest that while he has ruled out supporting Moye, he has not yet decided where his political influence will be directed.

When pressed to explain his reluctance to rally support for Senator Moye, Siakor struggled to give a precise description of his position, but maintained that his decision not to support the senator was firm.

The former senator’s declaration comes as political calculations continue to develop in Bong County, where competing personalities are expected to seek alliances and build support ahead of future elections.

Political observers will now be watching closely to see whether Siakor eventually backs another candidate, forms a new political alliance or chooses to remain independent.

His refusal to support Moye could provide an opportunity for rival political camps seeking influential figures to strengthen their support base.

At the same time, Siakor’s reluctance to commit himself to Karfiah leaves his next political move uncertain.

For now, the former senator has delivered a clear message on one issue: Senator Moye should not expect his political support.

Whether that decision develops into a broader political realignment in Bong County remains to be seen.
