Troubling information seems to reveal that Deputy Speaker Fonati Koffa allegedly sponsored student leader Anthony Williams to defeat House Speaker Bofhai Cambers in order to capture the representative position in Pleebo-Sodoken District, Maryland County. Speaker Dr. Bhofal Chambers is the current sitting speaker of the House of Representatives, represents the Pleebo-Sodoken District, Maryland County. Recently, in the just ended October 10, 2023 Presidential and General Elections, student leader Anthony Williams was pronounced winner. However, several reactions and counter reactions have been ensued that Speaker Chambers was cheated by traditional leaders who reportedly decided to unseat the speaker based on traditional conspiracy. A young lady who is said to be the supervisor in that district during the election, madam Munah Nimely, is said to have also admitted on an audio which is in the possession of this writer that she was forced by traditional leaders through a threat that she would have been burnt to death and if she did not allow the ballot boxes to be stuffed with ballot papers, something which she chose to do because of fear of her life. Currently, the Speaker of the 54th National Legislature has filed a formal complaint to the National Election Commission about the foul played with the reported traditional conspiracy which was melted against him during the past election for which he needs expeditious adjudication according to the election law, something which the hearing has been called but reportedly being postponed.
As evidence to the fact, there has been other revelations of a lady who claimed to be a traditional chief who has constantly engaged the media that Speaker Chambers should leave the mater because the zoes have spoken. Madam Chris Walker took the social media, and the traditional media that speaker Chambers should leave it, but observes believed that this matter is not a traditional issue which indicates that the speaker was actually cheated in this matter, they are calling for re-run in the matter.
