God Has Miraculously created Liberia, and graciously entrusted it to the citizens.
Our Country Is blessed with enormous natural wealth, including gold, diamonds, oil, forests, and other valuable resources.
These Blessings Were meant to provide opportunities for citizens to live with dignity, prosperity, and hope rather than struggle under the weight of poverty.
However, It Is unfortunate that despite these abundant blessings, many Liberians continue to suffer from economic hardship.
We Often Find ourselves crying of thirst while standing in the middle of abundant waters. The challenge is not only the availability of resources, but also, our ability to develop, manage, and utilize them wisely for the benefit of all.
It Is Painful to see a nation with fertile soil, rich forests, and valuable minerals still facing widespread poverty. The wealth beneath our land is recognized by nature itself, yet we have often failed to fully appreciate, and responsibly use what God has placed in our hands.
God Is Not pleased when a blessed nation remains trapped in unnecessary suffering. He is saddened when our energies are consumed by endless political conflicts, instead of productive efforts toward national development.
God Is Saddened when corruption, poor leadership, and lack of vision prevent citizens from enjoying the benefits of their own resources.
As Liberians, We must rise to the responsibility of making God proud. We must move beyond division, and embrace unity, accountability, innovation, and hard work.
We Must Develop our natural resources responsibly, invest in our people, and create an economy where every citizen has the opportunity to prosper.
Liberia Has Been blessed with much of everything. The question before us is whether we will use those blessings wisely?
Let Us Make God proud by transforming our natural wealth into national progress, and a better future for generations to come.
