The legislature has also uncovered that the salary of one Gabriel Swen is still rolling and Gabriel has been dead since February of this year. … These two names were removed from the House’s payroll by the House but the CSA head allegedly refused to honor the House decision and is still paying these people. The House has also discovered additional 51 ghost names with five dead that are being paid up to present pay period.
