The Kimbo Foundation has donated 10 bags of cement to officers of the Liberia National Police (LNP) in Bong County.
The cement is to support the ongoing construction of a monument at the Gbarnga Central Police Station.
The Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer, Mar Kimbo Marcus, made the presentation on Friday, October 9, at the Central Police Station in Gbarnga.
The cement is to support construction work on the monument, which forms part of ongoing efforts to improve facilities at the station.
The contribution comes as the police continue work on the project, with the building material to advance construction activities.
The Gbarnga Central Police Station serves as a key location for police operations in the county, making improvements to its facilities relevant to officers, who are assigned there.
The donation highlights one-way private organizations, and community-based initiatives can contribute materials toward projects at public institutions.
