The issue of political parties renting private property(s) seems to be history anytime soon.

The governing Unity Party Legislative Caucus has meanwhile, decided to host a fundraising program.

The upcoming program aims to raise funds to construct the Party national headquarters.

Robert Womba, Bong County District #4 Representatives and chairman of the Unity Party Legislative Caucus, made the disclosure recently.

Womba said the Party Legislative Caucus is set to launch a fundraising program by December, this year.

He said the funds will support the construction of the Party headquarters, as well as establish county headquarters, an exercise, which according to Rep. Womba, is a crucial step to strengthen their Party’s grassroots presence, growth, viability, and organizational structure.

“As Chairman of the UP Legislative Caucus, I want to take this moment to appreciate all members for their continued commitment and dedication to the growth and progress of our great Party,” he said.

In the spirit of unity and collective effort, Womba further reminded all UP Legislative Caucus members to rally their constituents and counties of origin to fully support the upcoming fundraising drive.

“Together, let’s demonstrate our unwavering commitment to the vision and values of the Unity Party as to inspire a healthy spirit of competition during the rally.
