On whether or not the late ANC Chairman was ill, a cross-section of partisans told IPNEWS that the passing of their chairman came as a surprise as he had been in good health before the unfortunate news.

Party officials of the ANC are currently locked up in a meeting over the unfortunate demise of their national Chairman.

The late Gbarpolu County Senator joined the Legislature during the erstwhile National Transitional Government of Liberia (NTGL), as a representative of the Civil Society Organization of Liberia.

Recently Senator Naatehn, who is seeking re-election in Gbarpolu County, said the people of Gbarpolu County were disappointed in the George Weah government and were regretting voting for this government.
