House Education Committee hold Engagement Meeting today
The House of Representatives Education Committee will today, 29 May hold an Education Engagement Meeting with key stakeholders in the education sector. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Capitol Building in the Speaker’s Conference Room on May 27, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Some Key Objectives of the Meeting will include; Review and Assess Educational Progress, Evaluate the current state of the education sector, Assess the progress made in implementing educational policies and programs, Identify Challenges and Barriers, Discuss the major challenges and barriers hindering educational development, and Gather insights from stakeholders on ground-level issues. The meeting which will be chaired by Hon. Thomas Romeo Quioh, Chair of the House Education Committee aims to foster a comprehensive dialogue between lawmakers and education stakeholders, ensuring that diverse perspectives are heard and considered in the ongoing efforts to improve Liberia’s education system.
