LDEA Terminates 2 AAs

On Tuesday, May 5,2026, authorities at the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) have terminated two its Action Agents (AAs).

They two affected AAs were assigned in Montserrado County, a release confirmed.

“LDEA,” the release said, “wishes to inform the public that it has with immediate effect, terminated the volunteer services of additional two Action Agent (AA). The two individuals involved are; Francis Hodge, formally assigned at D-2 Base (New Kru Town) and Darlington Flomo formally assigned at D-3 Base (Duport Road).”

As per the release, the pair, have meanwhile been disqualified and removed from the ongoing vetting process for the next batch of volunteers to go for training at the Police Academy.

“This decisive action is the result of a concluded internal investigation, which established that both individuals were involved in constant “harassment of peaceful citizens, and serious professional misconduct.”

The Agency maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of corruption, collusion or any behavior that threatens the enforcement of the law.

Accordingly, the pair eligibility, ambition, and consideration for admission into the current vetting process are hereby: “permanently revoked and terminated.”

The public is strongly cautioned to desist from engaging, dealing with, or recognizing these individuals in any capacity as representative of the LDEA.

 LDEA said, it remains resolutely committed to discipline, Integrity, accountability, and the uncompromising enforcement of the law in the fight against drug trafficking and abuse.
