Rape Suspect Accuses Police

A 42-year-old alleged rape suspect, Wilfred Doe, who has gone to seek medical care; broke silence amid ongoing investigation for reportedly raping a 13-year-old girl.

On the contrary, Suspect Doe accused the police officers, who arrested him of torturing him as well as pepper-spraying his eyes with arraigning him for a foreign DNA test.

 This newspaper has reliably gathered in a video footage that Suspect Doe, was treated at the Bolloh Weayan Clinic, shortly police arrested him.

“I have fallen sick since police assigned in the county arrested me from my Cocoa farm. The Police sprayed my eyes with pepper spray. Since then, I have been in severe pains, because of the beating I received at the hands of the police,” Suspect Doe.

He spoke to a team of journalists in Barclayville on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

He alleged for the first time since he was accused of rape; an act which he vehemently denied.

Doe, 42, has reported that he was severely beaten following his arrest when “I was falsely accused of rape.”

He claimed, he was on his Cocoa farm when police arrested him in the County, and critically assaulted him. Doe denied any intention of escaping as the police had reported.

Despite been sent to court, Suspect Doe alleged that he was tortured by the Police in the appalling video circulating on social media when he was arrested.

“I challenged anyone to come up with evidence against me that indeed, I raped a minor.”

He narrated it was never his doing, as he attributed the allegation to a calculated attempt to damage his reputation by some individuals.

Suspect Wilfred Doe has meanwhile, appealed to the court to offer him a permission to seek proper medical attention before judging the case.

Though, Suspect Doe said he is feeling severe pains, he is still behind bars seeking for medical treatment.

According to Police, the suspect has since been sent to court based on the allegation. “He is still been reprimanded in custody,” confirmed the police while waiting for a foreign DNA test.
