NIMBO Meets Ahead Of 2029 Polls

The River Gee Chapter of the National Independence Movement for Boakai, NIMBO, has convened its third meeting as part of early preparations for the 2029 elections.

The gathering brought together party members and supporters to strategize on how to expand NIMBO’s presence in the county.

Participants described the meeting as “encouraging” as they expect huge and stronger turnout at future sessions.

Each of the speakers stressed the need for unity, grassroots organization, and active engagement as the party builds its system to the next electoral cycle.

“With 2029 approaching, we must remain united and take the message to every town and village,” one member said.

The county chairman, Samuel G. Paye, reaffirmed his commitment to NIMBO when he donated two motorcycles for the purpose.

Officials say, the bikes will be used to support outreach and mobilization activities throughout River Gee.

Party leaders thanked Paye for the gesture, and urged members to stay committed to the growth and development of NIMBO’s base ahead of 2029.

The meeting was the third the River Gee chapter has hosted since the beginning of this year as the party intensifies county-level organization.
