The courtroom of the Monrovia City Court was a scene of laughers and disbelief over the weekend when Jenkins Johnson, was charged with kidnapping a 14-year old child.

Johnson, a Pastor, is accused of being the ‘boyfriend’ to Mrs. Musu G. Quaye, the wife of Mr. Michael S. Quaye.

The crime of kidnap is a criminal conspiracy, but this one, is in connection to the disappearance of a 14-year-old minor (name withheld)).

Victim’s biological father, Michael S. Quaye, according to court documents,  alleged that since March 2, 2024, and up to present, while he and his legally wedded wife, co-defendant Musu G. Quaye, were living together under the same roof, without his knowledge, will, and consent, co-defendant Jenkins Johnson, convinced with his wife, wherein both of them were loving, criminally conspired, unlawfully, and with malicious intent, took and removed his  14-year-old minor from their home.

Johnson is a Pastor assigned with the Changing World   Center Ministry, located in the GSA Community in Paynesville, outside Monrovia.

Afterwards, the document claimed, the defendants placed the said minor in another location

unknow to the biological father.

“The alleged act of the defendants being unlawful, wicked, illegal and intentional, and in violation of Sections 14.50 and 10.4 of the New Penal Law said, the crime herein defendants did do and commit,” the court records noted.

After hours of legal proceedings, co-defendant Johnson was released unto his lawyer, but will appear before the court on Monday.

But, for co-defendant Musu G. Quaye, her whereabout remains unknown.

The court writ of arrest, has meanwhile, instructed Captain Charles Bloyuefloh, magistrate police or deputies to arrest the living body of Jenkins Johnson, and

Musu G. Quaye, to be identified defendant(s) and forthwith bring them before the Monrovia City Court of magistrate Ben Barco of Temple Justice, Montserrado County to answer the Charge of Kidnapping and Criminal Conspiracy Based upon the oath and complaint by and thru Michael S. Quaye.
