Let's Reduce the Volume of Toxic Politics

There is far too much political noise bellowing across the land, largely triggered by an excessive hunger for power.

Everywhere one turns, political rhetoric dominates public discourse, often drowning out meaningful conversations about national progress, development, and the welfare of the people.

It appears that the primary focus of many power-seeking individuals, is the pursuit of political crowns at all costs.

Rather than presenting constructive solutions to the nation’s challenges, some have chosen to engage in endless criticism, propaganda, and political maneuvering designed solely to secure personal or partisan advantage.

As a result, negative voices continue to echo across the country in the name of politics. Society has become restless and uneasy, burdened by a constant stream of political accusations, counteraccusations, and unnecessary confrontations.

Many citizens are left feeling exhausted by the noise, uncertain about the future, and concerned about the direction of the nation.

Political noise is a dangerous distraction. It diverts attention away from critical national priorities, such as economic growth, education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure and job creation.

Time and energy that should be devoted to solve pressing problems are instead wasted on political battles that yield little benefit to ordinary citizens.

In many respects, political noise is not only a distraction, but also a subtraction. It subtracts from national unity, weakens public confidence, discourages investment and slows the pace of development.

A nation cannot move forward effectively when its people are constantly divided by political hostility and endless campaigning.

History teaches us that excessive political tension can have serious consequences. In the past, reckless political behavior, inflammatory rhetoric, and deep political divisions contributed to instability and undermined governments.

While political competition is a necessary part of democracy, irresponsible political conduct can create conditions that threaten peace and national cohesion.

This does not mean that criticism of government should be silenced. Constructive criticism is essential for accountability and good governance.

However, criticism should be guided by facts, patriotism, and a genuine desire to improve society rather than by personal ambition or the pursuit of power.

The future of our nation depends on our ability to rise above destructive politics, and embrace a culture of responsible engagement.

Political leaders, activists, and citizens alike must place national interest above personal gain. The focus should be on building roads, improving schools, strengthening healthcare systems, creating opportunities for young people, and improving the lives of all citizens.

A nation progresses not through endless political noise, but through purposeful action, constructive dialogue and collective commitment to development.

When political actors choose service over self-interest and solutions over slogans, society benefits, peace is strengthened and genuine progress becomes possible.

The time has come to reduce the noise and increase the work. The nation deserves less political commotion and more national transformation.
