The initiative are part of his “Friends of Kromah” initiative.

The outreach benefited residents in the three towns with 55 plastic chairs, five bundles of zinc, and several sets of soccer jerseys.

The items are to also support town hall meetings; youth programs; religious activities and community gatherings.

In Kilepo Kanweaken, 20 plastic chairs were donated for community meetings, and a full set of jerseys to Team Kromah F.C. to encourage youth sports and unity.

Chedepo Putuken received 20 chairs for local events, while Kleboken received five bundles of zinc and 15 chairs to support the local church and other activities.

Residents described the donation as “timely and impactful.”

James Myers of Kilepo Kanweaken called the gesture a “people-centered leadership,” while Teh Brooks of Chedepo Putuken, thanked the team for remembering the people, and Pastor Quayee of Kleboken, commended the support to the church.

Quayee urged continued focus on community development.

Kromah, a U.S.-based Liberian from Gbeapo Kanweaken, and CEO of Khadijah Medical Center, announced his intention to contest the district lone seat in 2029.

He currently leads medical mission efforts for the Federation of Liberian Mandingo Associations in the U.S.

Those who distributed the items were James Myers, Arthur Zeo, Sandy Kromah and Prince Wrotor. Residents said, the gesture helps restore confidence in Kromah’s leadership, and called on other aspirants and officials to address development needs in the district.
