A one-year, six-months old Prince Darlloh, is reported missing in the Wedabo Juduken, Grand Kru Couny.
The incident thrown the entire region into anxiety since the child reportedly disappeared on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Residents say the toddler went missing after his mother, Victoria Neh, 44, had traveled to Juluken Wedabo to sympathize with family members.
Madam Neh reportedly left the child in the care of family members.
The missing of the child quickly sparked concern, and the community immediately organized a local search team.
In response to mounting pressure, the Liberia National Police (LNP) have now moved into the area and have also joined the search.
Officers promised to promptly investigate the incident.
Local leaders and neighbors are coordinating with authorities, setting up search parties. They have called on anyone with information to come forward.
“This is a collective responsibility. We all must be vigilant to ensure the safe return of the missing child,” said a community elder.
Authorities have appealed to the public for tips, while families remain on edge, hoping against hope for return of their ‘missing child.’
