MIND Praises Grand Cape Mount Lawmaker
The movement with integrity for national development (MIND) a national civil society movement in Liberia has described Representative Bintu Massalay of Grand Cape Mount County as a beacon of hope for many youths, less fortunate community, struggling students, market women among others in District # 1 Grand Cape Mount County who continued to benefit from her humanitarian endeavors. In a press release issue Tuesday April 23,2024 the executive director of MIND Sekou D. Sonii recalled the countless assistance Representative Massalay has rendered the residents of District # 1 of Cape Mount and others part of the county over the years, impacting the life of thousands amidst the glaring economic constraint are worthy of commendation. The release quoted Sonii as saying Representative Massalay is one in a million her generosity is immeasurable. With the many years we have interacted with Representative Massalay we can vouch for her kindheartedness, generosity, and love for humanity, with the Representative oversight responsibility representation and law making since the General and Presidential Election has been eager and present in every activities of the 55th National Legislature, as Chair on Youth and Sports, she has made immense contribution to the Ministry of Youth and Sports with her oversight responsibility. According to the release, Representative Massalay has impacted the growth of the economy as well as the nation’s infrastructure development through her many investments in different businesses and has many employ, who, in turn, are capacitated to provide food for their homes, pay medical bills, and send their children to school. “We call on you to continue the good work for the people of Grand Cape Mount District # 1 and other parts of the County as we are aware that you are a leader without boundaries,” the release noted.
