Zoom Network, Partners Support Liberia’s ARREST Agenda

In a decisive show of support for the Government of Liberia’s ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID), Zoom Network, Liberia’s fastest-growing international company, is spearheading substantial investments across several vital sectors, aimed at driving inclusive and sustainable growth nationwide.

Launched as a framework for national development between 2025 and 2029, the ARREST Agenda emphasizes Agriculture, Roads, Rule of Law, Education, Sanitation, and Tourism. Zoom Network, in alignment with this vision, is committing resources to projects spanning electricity, road infrastructure, agricultural modernization, tourism development, real estate, healthcare, education, and technology innovation across all 15 counties of Liberia. Speaking on the company’s strategy, Zoom Network Chief Executive Officer,  Ibrahim Traore, underscored the firm’s dedication to empowering national transformation.  “To drive innovation and sustainable development in Liberia, we’re not just investing, we’re collaborating, training, and laying the groundwork for real change,” Mr. Traore said.

Zoom’s blueprint involves building partnerships with the Liberian government to create strategic platforms for investors eager to explore Liberia’s most promising sectors.

Notably, the company is collaborating with influential international figures such as Mr. Juan NveNguema Mbengono, CEO, I&S HNOS SL, Inc, also a member of Equatorial Guinea’s First Family, who is involved with the importations of rice, wine and oil, also investing in emerging technologies.

Traore, a seasoned businessman with global footprints in Madrid and Miami, has pledged to pre-finance priority projects to help the government achieve its development milestones. “We’re leveraging our international network and policy experience to support Liberia’s growth ambitions. From project management to market entry and sustainable planning, we’re delivering expert insights and long-term value,” he stated.

Zoom Network also intends to deploy digital transformation strategies and custom software solutions to support local industries, while introducing innovative farming practices to boost food security and productivity.

Traore emphasized that these interventions are tailored to foster economic inclusion, create jobs, and build local capacity.

As Liberia intensifies efforts to implement the ARREST Agenda, Zoom Network’s entry into the development space could signal a pivotal shift in how public-private collaboration shapes the country’s trajectory toward prosperity.
