Weah Writes From Ivory Coast

Former president George Weah has written to Cdcians from La Cote d’Ivoire where he is at present vacationing.

Weah’s communication came in the wake of defections from the party.

He writes: “CDCians focus and don’t allow misinterpretation of words to make you angry.

We have more danger to deal with than correcting speeches. Let us all agree together to show to the Liberian people that the CDC belongs to them.

No matter what, we will continue to fight together to the end. We are mighty, loyal, and faithful to our people’s struggle.

By the grace of God, there will be no one will ever breakup this peoples’ powerful party. We are here to stay.

Strong we will always be, because nothing will separate us. It’s a national struggle, and we must continue to fight no matter what. Power to the people.

Now, we are focused on solving the HQ issue. We have to build our own HOME,

we will, and we must! We will never be defeated. Remember the CDC make leaders, leaders never make the CDC. Amandla!Awethu! Amandla!Awethu Amandla! Awethu!”
