We Wish The Law A Noblest Height

ANY STATE IS defined and refined socially, politically and economically whenever the law is raised to the noblest height.

BY NOBLEST HEIGHT, we mean the law SHOULD and MUST stand tall overall and sundry regardless of backgrounds and titles, regardless of who’s wealthy or poor, amongst other things.

BY NOBLEST HEIGHT, we mean making the law to be a respecter of justice and equality for all and not being made to serve the interest of just a few people who are politically, socially and economically connected.

BY NOBLEST HEIGHT, we mean making the law so herculean so much so that no one dare its strength, let alone abuse its integrity.

BY NOBLEST HEIGHT, we mean making the law to stand above all lawmakers as well as political actors, most of whom often feel exempted from prosecution.

BY NOBLEST HEIGHT, we mean making all those who commit crimes against the state to account for their deeds to set the stage whereby the fear of being punished for state crimes would be hanging over all public officials.

AT THE MOMENT, several public officials accused of corruption and other state crimes are being tried in court, some are being jailed and others are being pursued as it relates to asset recovery, and the burning of the Capitol Building in which top government officials are being tried in court.

THIS EXERCISE, WE see it as being very healthy for our democracy whose strength is the rule of law, that which has no mercy for lawbreakers, that which knows no friend, that which has no cousin, brother, sister or nephew.

LET THE LAW grow wider and bigger horns. Let the law go after state criminals. Let the law be made a respectable character in society. Let the law represent the integrity of the state.

THE INTEGRITY OF the state is state asset that MUST and SHOULD be protected at all times by the law. However, we like the law to be fair and impartial in rendering  justice through the court system.

HENCE, LET JUSTICE be made available to all through strong law, that which will protect all and sundry.
