In a heartwarming display of compassion, the USA Africa Outreach Ministry (USA AOM) has donated essential food supplies to the Mission of Hope for the Disabled, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in Liberia.
The donation, made on December 22, 2025, at the Mission’s headquarters in the City View Community of Lower Johnsonville, Monrovia, included rice, vegetable oil, and onions. Madam Marie Pour, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of USA AOM, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to make the donation, expressing the vital role that Liberians living abroad and those who can afford to give play in supporting the less privileged.
“The survival of the less privileged depends on the generosity of Liberians abroad and those who can afford to help,” she stated. Madam Pour also praised her team of volunteers for their tireless efforts in facilitating the donation.
I encouraged the beneficiaries to keep USA AOM in their prayers, as this would help pave the way for future contributions. “We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and look forward to continuing our support,” she added.
Mr. KonahKermie, Secretary of the Mission of Hope for the Disabled, expressed heartfelt appreciation to Madam Pour and the USA AOM team for their generosity.
He noted that the donation arrived at a critical time when the Mission was in dire need of food supplies. “We are truly grateful for your kindness and humanitarian gesture,” he said.
Mr. Kermie offered special prayers for the USA AOM team, encouraging them to continue advocating for the interests of the less privileged. The donation has brought immense joy and relief to the Mission of Hope for the Disabled and its beneficiaries.
