The U.S. Embassy in Monrovia is moving to a new visa services provider and all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa application services will be suspended on August 16, 2024. However, all previously scheduled visa appointments for dates after August 16 remain valid. Beginning August 16, the ustraveldocs.com website and customer service will no longer be available to schedule visa appointments in Liberia. For more detailed information, the public is encouraged to visit the U.S. Embassy website and that anyone having or planning to schedule a nonimmigrant or immigrant visa appointment on or after August 16, the person is strongly encouraged to check the Embassy regularly for updates and additional information as they become available.
