Rep Foko Demands Corrupt Officials’ Swift Dismissal

In a shocking political move, Frank Saah Foko, the District #9 Representative, Montserrado County, has issued a stark ultimatum to President Boakai, demanding the immediate dismissal of two high-ranking officials accused of rampant corruption. In a press conference held during a celebration for the former president, Foko named Admin Modad of Commerce Ministry  and Adulah Kamara of the Liberia Telecommunications Authority as “highly corrupt” figures who must be removed from their positions within 72 hours.  Foko’s allegations come on the heels of a scandal involving Commerce Minister buying 100k car for his personal use.  He called for the reinstatement of DEA chief following a scandal that involves the President’s son, who was reportedly caught traveling with drugs in an executive vehicle—a situation that has tarnished the integrity of the government and led to the controversial firing of DEA head AB Kromah.  Foko has contended that Kromah is the right man for the job and has called for his immediate reinstatement, positioning him as a crucial asset in the fight against drugs. “This government cannot afford to harbor corrupt officials,” Foko declared, insisting that President Boakai take decisive action. “The integrity of our leadership is at stake.” As tensions rise, the spotlight now turns to the President, who must navigate this turbulent political landscape and respond to these explosive allegations within the looming deadline.
