Orange Liberia’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Core Value Officer, has graduated with a terminal degree (PhD) from the Perfection Christian University of Theology.
According to a dispatch, Dr. Noosevett J. Weah, obtained the degree in Christian Education, and promised to utilize it in fostering peacebuilding and reconciliation.
Her research contributes meaningfully to an examination of Christian Educational Approaches to Peacebuilding and Reconciliation, fostering insights that will undoubtedly influence both academic and faith communities for years to come.

With this new achievement, Dr. Weah aims to leverage her knowledge and promote unity among Liberians.
A pastor, who has over the years followed Dr. Weah’s contributions to date, told this newspaper that she earned her recognition through her hard study; “this latest honor is expected to further amplify her impact.”

Dr. Weah, a visionary leader, and educator, has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Education in recognition of her exceptional contributions to Christian leadership, faith-based education, and national transformation.
With nearly two decades of experience in the private sector across Ghana, The Gambia and Liberia, Dr. Weah has held several executive positions at Cellcom (now Orange Liberia), including Executive Sales Manager, Media Relations Manager and Head of Internal Communications.
She currently serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Value Officer at Orange Liberia, where she leads strategic initiatives that foster ethical business practices, and impactful community engagement.
She holds a Master of Theology from the International Miracle Institute in Florida, USA, and has earned additional certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, Insurance Risk Management, International Gender Equity (VISA), and Anti-Corruption Studies from Lefebvre Dalloz in Paris, France.
Dr. Weah also received a certificate in Leadership for Sustainable Change in Africa and the Middle East from Sciences Po Executive Education, France.
In addition to her corporate and academic work, she is a dedicated pastor at Lakpazee Community Church, and the Executive Director of Hearts for Liberia and the Center for Simple Manner Courtesy Education.
Dr. Weah has been a public voice for civic values and cultural transformation through her long-standing teaching on manners, etiquette, and national mindset on major radio and television platforms.
She is also the founder and director of Aging Woman International; a dynamic women’s organization focused on empowering and uplifting aging women across Africa and beyond.
Her global engagements have taken her to South Africa, Belgium (Brussels), Morocco (Casablanca), India, and the United States.
Notably, she has also visited the White House in Washington, D.C. on a tour in 2011.
