The chief executive officer (CEO) of Ma Queen ADM. Incorporated, Adonis David Menlor, Sr., has donated to the business students of Nimba University.

Menor’s donation is being described as one means of encouraging the next generation to value education in the county.

The Nimba University is based in Sanniquellie City, the county’s political capital.

Mr. Menlor is one of the petroleum product sellers in the county.

He donated L$80,000 towards the Business Student Association (BSA) of Nimba University project.

Menlor also donated L$20,000 to the leadership of the Association for their office operational use, while awarding three scholarships that will take effect next semester to the student.

Mr. Menlor has meanwhile, cautioned the students to remain focused and seek greater opportunities as they prepared to take on tasks of nation building ahead.

The induction ceremony of the BSA officers was held recently on the university campus in the College View Community, a suburb of Sanniquellie. Mr. Menlor challenged the students to be sincere if they are to succeed.

“Young people are the main players in the growth and development of the country’s economy, especially those in the business arena,” he told the students.

“In your sojourn, always be straightforward in discharging your assigned duties as students, not politicians.”

He then encouraged the students to embrace entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity as part of their academic and personal development journey.

Menlor assured the students that his business doors are always open to the students, from where he would empower the qualified ones upon their graduation.

He recalled how the county is blessed where young people pursuing their career in business can work with business-oriented entities, depending on the character.

Menlor paid homage to four of the “bigger brothers in business, including Mr. Tomah Seh Floyd, Sr., Prince Howard, Pharie Dekpah, and Odoshell Karnue, who have established well-grounded businesses.”
