The National Housing Authority (NHA) and TAF Africa Global have agreed in principle to transforming Liberia’s housing sector.

By that Agreement, the entities are to strengthen a strategic partnership to expand affordable housing opportunities across the country.

The disclosure was made on Thursday, April 9, 2026, during a high-level media briefing held at the NHA headquarters in Monrovia.

Where TAF Africa Global’s Executive Director, Mustapha Njie, unveiled the company’s ambitious plan to expand its housing investment footprint in Liberia.

The development is being viewed as a major boost to President Joseph Nyuma Boakai’s broader vision of attracting strategic foreign direct investment while tackling long-standing housing deficit.

Mr. Njie disclosed that TAF Africa Global recognized as one of West Africa’s leading real estate development firms is moving swiftly to establish full operations in Liberia following productive high-level discussions with government.

The expansion initiative follows a formal invitation extended by Pres. Boakai, with the process coordinated through the Special Presidential Envoy on Investment, Ambassador Mohammed Bah.

Njie described the discussions with the President as highly fruitful, noting that both parties have already reached important understandings that now pave the way for the company’s official entry into real estate and housing market.
