MPC Strengthens Ties With MPH

The Acting Elders Council of Mamba Point Community (MPC), initiated by Abu Shrief and Ms. Lulu Yei Rogers, has worked for over two years to establish Mamba Point as a recognized community in District #7, Montserrado County.

Their efforts, a release said, have successfully led to Mamba Point’s representation in the district’s first constitution drafting committee, allowing for independent elections and the election of community leaders.

Mamba Point Hotel (MPH) has meanwhile, been a crucial partner in this community-building process, supporting leadership initiatives throughout.

As the electoral process resumes after some delays, the Acting Elders Council is re-engaging partners, including the hotel, to ensure a smooth continuation of elections.

While visiting the hotel, community leaders reaffirmed their commitment to a transparent electoral process.

Under the leadership of Larry A. Doe, the Elder Council said, it is focused on seeing these elections completed.

MPH management, represented by Sanjeev Kumar Verma, expressed pride in being part of the community.

Verma committed the hotel management to support the electoral process and future development initiatives.
