Momo T. Cyrus of Lofa County has been described by one of the prominent sons of the county in person of Zubah K. Jallah, as Lofa visionary Senator. Zubah K. Jallah told this paper over the weekend at his Buzzy Quarter residence in Monrovia that Senator Momo T. Cyrus has good vision for the citizens of Lofa County. He emphasized that the lawmaker means well for the citizens of Lofa County and up to the task for the position he was elected for by the citizens of Lofa County. Jallah explained that since the election of Senator Momo Cyrus, he has keenly been following his workings at the level of the Liberian Senate.
According to him, Senator Cyrus workings both at the Liberian Senate and in Lofa County, indicates that the Senator is going to do lots of good things for the people of Lofa County.
Jallah added that Senator Moma Cyrus is very much Passionate for the job the citizens of Lofa County elected him for. He further explained that within less than six months at the Liberian Senate, their Senator is initiating lots of good things across the County.
Jallah disclosed that he just came from Lofa County and the citizens back home are appreciative of the good things that Senator Momo Cyrus is doing to improve the livelihood of the citizens across the county.
According to him, Senator Cyrus is providing empowerment opportunities for the women across Lofa County. He stated that providing empowerment for the women is very paramount on the agenda of Senator Momo Cyrus.
Jallah informed this paper that the form and manor in which the lawmaker is steering the affairs of the County shows that he did not go at the Liberia Senate to acquire money for his family.
He recalled that when Senator Momo Cyrus was in private sector, he was always in the position of contributing towards any initiating taking place in the County.
Currently, Jallah stated the lawmaker is contributing to the healthcare sector and educational capacity building programs amongst others. He said the citizens of Lofa County made the right decision by electing Momo Cyrus as their Senator.
He described Senator as a true public servant who came to serve the citizens of Lofa and Liberia at large with commitment and diligence.
Jallah then called on the citizens of the county residing in Monrovia and Lofa to continue praying for Senator Momo Cyrus to deep on with the good work for them at the National Legislature.
Recently, Senator Cyrus in Monrovia the sponsorship two bills at the Liberian Senate for a Cultural and Traditional Holyday and the establishment of a Cultural and Traditional Holyday and the establishment of a Technical and Vocational College in Lofa County.
The Lofa County Lawmaker emphasized that he will work tirelessly with his fellow Senators until these bills are actualized for the common good o the citizens of Lofa County and Liberians at large.
Senator Momo T. Cyrus has won many awards from both local and international organizations for humanity and good leadership style. He currently chairs the committee at the Liberian Senate on National Defense, Security Intelligent and Veteran Affairs.
