Liberia Albino Society Donates To 2 By Julius Konton

The Liberia Albino Society has put smiles on the faces of two of its members who were recently involved into accidents.

As part of its welfare drive which is key to their advocacy, the Liberia Albino Society through its Executive Director, Patricia Logan, donated food and non-food items to the two accident victims. The two accidents victims (all Albinos) are currently nursing their injuries at separates local health centers.

While donating the items to the victim’s homes in Johnsonville and Barnard’s Farm, Madam Logan said her move is a demonstration of the love and care she has for her members, especially following their recent involvements with car and motorbike accidents.

She assured the two victims that the Liberia Albino Society share their pains and is committed to rendering other assistances as they undergo their respective treatments.

The car accident on victim Massapee Dorley, according to her, has caused a damage of her rib as she is requested to seek an advance treatment.

Massapee and her family who appreciated the Liberia Albino Society for the timely intervention to her health appealed to others to extend financial aid for her.

As for Mawataa Kamara, the motorbike accident broke her leg has caused to be absent from school for months.

Mawatta is one of the beneficiaries on the LAS scholarship.
