The Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) operational arm led by ACP Patrick Kormazu, has successfully arrested six female drug dealers in a random ghetto raid in Montserrado and its environs.
The arrests occurred between September 4th and 7th, and the suspects are currently in Central Prison awaiting trial for illegal possession of narcotics, a non-bailable offense under Liberia’s new drug law. The arrested individuals and their seized substances are:
- Nuch Autridge, 30, with 63 grams of kush
- Massa Kamara, 22, with 25 grams of marijuana.
- WedeTeah, 30, with 22 grams of marijuana
- Elizabeth Doe, 23, with 62 grams of kush.
- Precillia Koffi, 19, with 63 grams of marijuana
- Massa Dsrnary,35, with 37 grams of Kush
The Agency has encouraged the public to call based on drug-related activities on the LDEA Hotline at 0777-133-333.
At the same time, the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) arrested Mohamed Kieta, a 26-year-old resident of Fiamah Sinkor, on September 23, 2025, at approximately 12:00PM.
The suspect is known as a major drug dealer in Sinkor and its environs.
He was apprehended in hot pursuit and was found in possession of 93 grams of Kush at his scrap business in Fiamah.
Following his arrest, Kieta was investigated, charged, and brought before the City Court on September 26, 2025. He was processed and sent to Central Prison, where he spent his first night in custody.
Under current drug laws, this offense is classified as a non-bailable crime. “The public will be regularly updated on Kieta’s case and other similar cases as they proceed through the court system,” the LDEA said.
The street value of said drug in Liberian Dollars is LRD353,400.00 with its equivalent in United States Dollars asUSD1,860,00.
