The KunKun-Care Foundation (KCF) has donated vital water pump materials to the Muslim Community in Gbeapo Kanweaken, River Gee County.
The donation, which includes PVC pipes, a submersible pump, and poly tanks, aims at improving access to clean water for residents.
Presenting the items over the weekend, KCF’s focal person, Maxlord Henson, stated that the donation is part of the foundation’s mission to address critical community needs.
The community has long been suffering from a lack of safe drinking water, something that has been a major challenge for them.
The items donated, including PVC pipes, a submersible pump, and poly tanks, will go a long way in providing affordable drinking water for the populace.
Alhaji B.K. Kromah, representing the Muslim Community, thanked KCF for the “timely and impactful” intervention, saying it will benefit the wider Kanweaken population.
The donation fulfills a commitment made by KCF’s CEO, Cllr. Kunkunyon WlehTeh, during his 2025 Christmas visit to River Gee County.
The foundation has been working to promote health, dignity, and sustainable living conditions in underserved communities.
