The credibility of Bong County District #2 Representative, James M. Kolleh has been questioned.

At the forefront of the campaign is Orphan Guiminee, a prominent resident of the district. Ms. Guiminee has publicly urged Rep. Kolleh to demonstrate transparency and accountability in his service to the district.

Ms. Guiminee told this newspaper that constituents expect their elected leaders to act with integrity, ensuring that public resources are managed responsibly, while development projects benefit the communities they serve.

“Our people placed their trust in Kolleh, and it is time for him to lead with honesty and openness. We want clear reporting on projects, proper use of public funds, and engagement with the people he represents.”

Ms. Guiminee expressed frustration over delays in development, citing education, healthcare, infrastructure, and youth programs as sectors in need of urgent attention.

They believe that regular updates and open communication from Kolleh would strengthen trust and accountability, or else his character in leadership remains in question.

“Residents deserve to know how decisions are made, and how resources are allocated. Accountability is not optional; it is a fundamental duty of every public servant.”

Ms. Guiminee noted that the district has significant potential for growth, but progress is often hampered by limited engagement between Rep. kolleh and the constituents.

By calling for transparency, Ms. Guiminee encourages Rep. Kolleh to ensure that community voices are included in decision-making processes.

She also recommended that Kolleh hold regular town hall meetings and open forums, allowing the locals to actively participate in shaping the policies and programs that affect their lives.

According to her, Rep. Kolleh must serve with integrity, maintain accountability, and prioritize transparency to honor the trust and expectations of his constituents.
