By: Samuel Flomo, Jr.

Residents of Kerkulah Farm and surrounding communities in Jorquelleh District #1, Bong County, have praised Bong County Senator Prince KermueMoye Sr. for the successful reconstruction and completion of the Kerkulah Farm School.

The citizens described the project as a major improvement to the area’s education system, saying the newly rebuilt facility has created a safer and more conducive environment for learning.

Parents, students, and education stakeholders expressed relief over the completion of the school, noting that the previous structure was in poor condition and negatively affected academic activities for children in the community.

Speaking to News man, several residents said Senator Moye’s intervention demonstrates a strong commitment to education and community development in Bong County. They added that the project reflects leadership that responds directly to the needs of the people.

Many community members also used the opportunity to call on other lawmakers and public officials to prioritize similar development initiatives, especially in rural areas where schools and learning facilities remain a major challenge.

Residents further noted that access to a proper school building will help improve attendance, performance, and overall motivation among students in Kerkulah Farm and nearby towns.

It can be recalled that Senator Moye broke ground for the reconstruction of the Kerkulah Farm School in November 2025 as part of his personal development initiative aimed at strengthening education in Jorquelleh District.

During the groundbreaking ceremony, he emphasized the importance of education in national development and highlighted the struggles faced by children in rural communities who lack access to quality learning facilities.

With the completion of the project, the Kerkulah Farm School now stands as one of the key educational improvements in the district, expected to benefit generations of students in Bong County.
