InfoQuest Liberia has called on all Liberians to see the victory as a collective effort and a win for all Liberians despite political and other backgrounds.

The civil society group through an official statement following the country’s election victory as a Non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), also warned Liberians, especially politicians from claiming political glory for such a milestone achievement.

Claiming a credit from either side of the nation political axis, according to InfoQuest, will bury the essence and significance of the diplomatic achievement.

InfoQuest Liberia has described as a commendable historic victory of the country’s taking over the UNSC Seat.

“The diplomatic achievement demonstrates the country’s resilience, commitment and dedication to global cooperation,” InfoQuest said in a statement.

The achievement InfoQuest said, represents a critical step for the country’s peace and security efforts on the global stage.
