In a startling revelation, former Land Administrator of Zina’s Hill Estate, Anthony Cole, has leveled serious accusations against Assistant Commissioner of Police John Kermue, claiming that Kermue threatened his life in connection with a property dispute in the GSA Road Community.
Cole, who previously served as Land Administrator for Zina’s Hill Estate, alleged that the conflict centers around ownership and management rights of an unfinished building being given to him by the Zina’s family.
He explained that the situation escalated when Kermue allegedly confronted him, issuing verbal threats that left him fearing for his safety. “He threatened to kill me,” Cole stated at a recent press conference.
“This is not just a simple dispute over property; it’s a matter of life and death. I never expected to be in this position, especially with someone in a position of authority.” The allegations have sent shockwaves through the community, with many residents expressing concern over the implications of such threats coming from a high-ranking police official.
Community members gathered in support of Cole, with several calling for a thorough investigation into the matter.
In response to the accusations, Assistant Commissioner Kermue has yet to publicly comment. However, sources within the police department suggest that an internal review may be initiated to address Cole’s claims.
