Faith Gospel Church Int’l Celebrates 13th Anniversary

The Pipeline branch of the Faith Gospel Church has celebrated her 13th anniversary that began with series of activities.

Pastor Prince Nyumah said, the celebration, was done every year bringing together the entire membership of the church to celebrate God’s goodness upon the Ministry and that of her members.

According to Pst. Nyumah, the activities of the church’s 13th anniversary started with a kickball encounter between the youth and the women and also a soccer encounter between the men’s Department and the boys in the Youth Department.

The celebration ended with a Bible quiz- knock-out game.

The game was opened up to every member of the church, and the person with the highest point was declared quizmaster of the Year 2026.

Pst. Nyumah, who is one of the pastors of the Pipeline Branch says, the ministry has been very good, but noted that it’s a demanding task, which required an individual to give it their all.

“It has been very good, especially given the fact that our church in this neighborhood has experienced tremendous growth.”

Pst. Nyumah said his journey in the ministry has been personally “very great,” and the church as a body.

He escribed the Faith Gospel Church International as a church of the word.

“The strength of the church, I would say, is the Holy Spirit, because the power and the presence of God is in this church.”

Nyumah said, there has been multiple instances where people came to the church and gradually started to see changes in their lifestyle.

“For me personally, before coming to this church, everything was different. But now, I see myself at a whole different level, both spiritually and career wise. This is more of a church that trans forms the lives of young people for the better.

Pst. Nyumah said.

He said, the Church has a team that is dedicated for that. It has over the time gather a barrel of clothes, and distributed them while sharing the word of God.

Pst. Nyumah however stated that the plans of the church regarding disabled, and disadvantage youths in or around the vicinity of the church, are being implemented.

He urged government (more or less) to take tangible actions with regards to curtail the inflow of illicit drugs, and the proliferation of ghettos in communities and neighborhoods.

“The government needs to take more tangible steps while we as church, continue to pray that God will deliver them from a spiritual perspective.”

Pastor Charles George, Jr. clearly indicated that the Ministry is surely and greatly impacting, especially at this level.

George said at the moment, there are more youths coming onto the place, and to the service.

“And beside that, when it is about sharing and giving back to the community, sometimes, we go about putting our resources together, and share with the people, sometimes we give rice, sometimes a little oil, sometimes about school fees, sometimes about just making are commendation for somebody to find a work to do.”

According to Pastor George, the Church’s impact within the community is really huge.
